Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dirt Magurt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kotaro Hakku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hakku comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Apocalyptica - Hope kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hakku slips a jab and a cross from Magurt.
Kotaro Hakku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A combination from Hakku does no damage.
Hakku lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Magurt circles away quickly and effectively.

Hakku takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Magurt throws a big shot that misses.
Hakku misses with a takedown attempt - Magurt sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Magurt uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hakku.
Hakku missing with a left hand there. Magurt was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Hakku needs to keep his hands up - Magurt had a free shot at his head there.
Hakku shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Magurt defends it nicely.
Hakku takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Hakku looks gassed!
Magurt paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Magurt makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Magurt scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hakku in his tracks.

Hakku has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hakku there as he acknowledges the shot.

Magurt sends Hakku crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Magurt is motioning to the referee to let Hakku up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Hakku is rocked!

Hakku is still on wobbly legs! Can Magurt finish him?
Magurt fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hakku.
Hakku seems to have recovered his senses.
Hakku takes one to the chin there.
Hakku swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dirt Magurt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Magurt lands a left and a right that send Hakku crashing to the mat, dazed. Magurt thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Magurt lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Hakku falls backwards - clearly groggy! Magurt dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
