Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between gabe Wade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shayne Goyco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goyco has chosen Deadly Sinners as his entrance music. Shayne Goyco is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goyco tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wade sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Goyco somewhat.
Goyco tries to clinch there but Wade circles away.
Wade misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Shayne Goyco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wade decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Wade keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Goyco gets back to full guard.
Wade passes Goyco's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wade in particular looking to stall.
Goyco wants to improve his position but Wade is controlling well.

Goyco throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Goyco looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Wade shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wade was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Wade is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Goyco is surviving well by controlling Wade's body position as best he can.

Goyco is working to get back to half guard.
Wade avoids the attempt from Goyco to control.
Goyco is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Wade is staying active.

Goyco throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Wade's head.

Wade shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Wade looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Goyco is trying to control but can't.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wade slows the pace down in half guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Wade thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Goyco is defending against the submission attempts here by Wade.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Goyco wants to get back to his feet.

Goyco is looking to improve his position.
Wade prevents Goyco from standing back up.
Wade is figuring out what he wants to do next.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Wade not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Wade keeps the fight on the outside.
Wade scores with a nice right hand.
Wade has closed the distance and engaged Goyco in a clinch.
Wade using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Goyco has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Goyco breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wade tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Wade fails with a takedown attempt.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Wade moves into range and clinches up with Goyco.
Goyco blocks a body shot from Wade.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Wade shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Goyco defends it nicely.
Goyco tries to clinch up.
Goyco throws a head kick that misses
and Wade moves into the clinch.
Goyco is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Goyco misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Wade.
Goyco tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Wade smiles and moves away.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Wade.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wade staying calm.

Wade wants to lay and pray for a moment but Goyco keeps working.
Wade is really struggling to control Goyco but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Goyco wants to control but Wade postures up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Wade wants to control but Goyco is keeping him busy.
You can see the frustration on Goyco's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Wade goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Goyco has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Wade but great work by Goyco.
Wade is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Goyco off and has taken his back!
Wade trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Goyco doesn't escape.

Wade wants to control but Goyco manages to buck him off and is now in Wade's guard! Nice work there by Goyco!

Wade wants to control the position but Goyco says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Wade is looking to control Goyco's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wade avoid being mounted?
Wade is trying to stand back up but Goyco is controlling him

Goyco lands with a punch from half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Goyco tries to stand and escape but Wade is controlling the position.
Wade wants to control but Goyco is keeping busy.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Wade gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Goyco unloads a knee to the mid-section. Wade lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Wade pulls Goyco into guard.
Goyco throws and elbow that misses. Wade uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Goyco's guard. Nice move by Wade!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wade, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
