Justin has chosen Welcome to the TerrorDome as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Justin's hands.
Justin looks to land a combination but Cruz avoids it well.
Cruz swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Justin.
Cruz throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Justin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Justin throws a series of punches but Cruz avoids them all with ease.
Cruz lands with a shot to the body.

Sir Justin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cruz jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Justin throws a hook but Cruz avoids it easily.
Justin throws a jab but it's blocked by Cruz.
Cruz walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Justin checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Justin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Justin thows a left - swing and a miss!
Cruz misses with a wild body shot.
Justin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Cruz dodges the punch combination from Justin.
Justin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
No joy there for Justin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Justin connects with a jab.

Cruz slips under a jab.
Justin misses with a looping right.
Donk. Cruz catches Justin right on the button with a cross.
Cruz swats away the attempt to clinch by Justin.
Cruz misses with a double jab.
Cruz scores with a jab to the body.
A big right from Justin misses.
Cruz ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cruz. Justin does a little dance to reset his feet.
Justin looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Justin takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Justin takes a jab right on the kisser.
Cruz is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Donk. Cruz catches Justin right on the button with a cross.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Justin moves out of range as Cruz strikes.
Cruz takes a swing at Justin's ribcage but misses.
Cruz blocks a jab.
Justin misses with a body kick.
Justin moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Good standup being displayed there by Cruz as he connects with a hook.

Cruz scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Justin doesn't seem bothered though.
Justin looks gassed!
Cruz lands a nice hook to Justin's body. Justin takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Justin has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Justin there as he acknowledges the shot.
Cruz lands a body shot.
Cruz fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Justin is out of range.
A decent looking cross lands there for Cruz.
Justin throws a jab when Cruz was well out of range.

Cruz lands a left and a right that send Justin crashing to the mat, dazed. Cruz thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Justin is rocked!
Cruz scores with a shot to the body.
Justin is still on wobbly legs! Can Cruz finish him?
Cruz cracks Justin on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Justin falls backwards against the cage. Cruz follows up with more strikes that drop Justin to his knees. Cruz keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Justin! This one is all over!
