The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abaza misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Work For lands a big head kick that sends Abaza tumbling to the mat! Work For takes a step backwards and waves Abaza back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Roshdy Abaza has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Abaza shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Work For is trying to stand back up but Abaza is controlling him
Work For trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Abaza works his way into full mount!

Abaza is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Work For can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Work For is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Abaza has taken his back!
Work For wants to get back to his feet.

Work For won't enjoy being in this position. Abaza looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Work For is tapping - it's over boys! Abaza picks up the submission victory!
