The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hugg fails with the takedown.
Hugg tries to clinch but Lawrence moves out of range.
Lawrence cracks Hugg with a right hand to the side of the head.
Lawrence keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Nice body punch from Lawrence .
Hugg takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hugg.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andy Hugg. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hugg misses with a hook.
Hugg tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lawrence swivels and escapes.
Hugg throws a head kick that misses.
Hugg takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Hugg is breathing heavily.

Hugg takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Lawrence dances in with a quick combination. Hugg is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Lawrence snaps Hugg's head back. Hugg stumbles backwards against the cage. Lawrence steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Hugg's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Hugg just didn't come prepared.
