Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Fox!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fox fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Jose on the side of the head.
Jose really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jose shoots for a takedown but Fox saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Jose looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Fox tries to clinch but Jose is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fox looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Jose shoots for a double leg takedown but Fox sprawls well. He's pushed Jose's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Jose dives in and grabs Fox's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fox pushes down on Jose's head and hops out.

Steve Fox comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Fox has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
