Laitamos takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Laitamos misses with a combination
and Wright counters with a takedown into side control.
Wright working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Laitamos is looking to reverse the position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Wright goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Laitamos rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Wright's guard! Nice work there by Laitamos!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Laitamos is looking to stand up but Wright won't let him.
Laitamos thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Wright is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Laitamos pushing down on Wright's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Laitamos is trying to control. Wright wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Laitamos is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Laitamos is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Laitamos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wright keeps working.

Wright tries to roll over but Laitamos keeps him under control.
Laitamos thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wright's head.

Laitamos is working for a submission of some sort.
Wright has one foot on Laitamos's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Laitamos is looking to stand up but Wright isn't so interested in that idea.
Wright drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Wright as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Laitamos screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Wright! Nice submission victory there!
