Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sogyal Dorje (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Rigatoni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joey Rigatoni!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dorje swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rigatoni misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A cross from Dorje lands.
Rigatoni tries to clinch up but Dorje circles away and keeps his distance.
Dorje misses with a looping right.
Dorje fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rigatoni manages to avoid it.
Dorje circles away from the clinch attempt.

Rigatoni closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dorje did well to prevent Rigatoni getting side control.

Rigatoni is trying to control. Dorje wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Dorje is looking for a sweep. Rigatoni is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Rigatoni is keen to just control but Dorje is a slippery customer.
Rigatoni has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Rigatoni stands up from half guard.
Dorje takes a swing at Rigatoni's ribcage but misses.
Rigatoni takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
A telegraphed right hand from Dorje misses the target.
Dorje punishes Rigatoni's body with a nice straight punch.
Dorje stalks Rigatoni and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rigatoni's face. Rigatoni staggers backwards, shaken.
Rigatoni fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Rigatoni looks gassed!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Rigatoni.
Sogyal Dorje has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joey Rigatoni.
Dorje misses with the combination.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rigatoni tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dorje swivels and escapes.
Rigatoni on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Rigatoni gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dorje scores with the left hand. Rigatoni knows he should have avoided that one.
Dorje connects with a crisp jab.
Dorje fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rigatoni looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Dorje bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Dorje lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Rigatoni falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
