Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Little (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Avenlino Srobud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mike Little!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Avenlino Srobud!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Little shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Srobud pinned against the cage. Srobud gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Little swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Little closes the distance and clinches up with Srobud, looking for a takedown. Little pushes Srobud against the cage but Srobud circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Little tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
An inside leg kick lands from Srobud.

Srobud clinches up with Little and pushes him back against the cage.
Srobud jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Little walks away with a smile on his face. Srobud gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Srobud walks forward, straight into a front kick from Little.
Mike Little seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horrible takedown by Little or perhaps it was just good defense by Srobud which made him look bad.

Little throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Srobud was covering up waiting for the punch and Little finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Srobud wants to get back to his feet but Little is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
A nice leg kick lands there from Srobud.

Little stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Srobud.

Srobud lets loose with a powerful body kick. Little will feel that in the morning.
Srobud misses with a jab, cross combination.
Little takes a jab right on the kisser.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Little manages to get back to half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Srobud in particular looking to stall.

Little is trying desperately to improve position.

Little is bucking up trying to escape but Srobud cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well Srobud has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
