Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bane Baphomet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Dela Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dela Cruz has chosen Bebot by Black Eyed Peas as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baphomet tries for a takedown but Dela Cruz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Baphomet closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Dela Cruz tries to buck Baphomet off but Baphomet is having none of it.
Baphomet slows the pace down.
Baphomet tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Baphomet really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Dela Cruz is trying to improve his position.
Baphomet will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Dela Cruz can't do much from the bottom here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Baphomet wants to stand but Dela Cruz is controlling his arm.

Dela Cruz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
It looks like Baphomet is going to stand back up.
Baphomet is breathing heavily.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Dela Cruz shoots in and bounces Baphomet off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Dela Cruz looking to sit in guard and control but Baphomet gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Baphomet gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Baphomet gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Dela Cruz counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Dela Cruz is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Dela Cruz looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Baphomet has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dela Cruz can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Dela Cruz drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Dela Cruz as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Baphomet screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Dela Cruz! Nice submission victory there!
