Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Antonio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiruki Nakeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Antonio's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I'm Coming. Hiruki Nakeda has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Antonio tries to clinch there but Nakeda circles away.
Nakeda misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Antonio is looking to clinch but Nakeda is avoiding it.
Antonio tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nakeda swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nakeda moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Antonio shoots for a takedown but Nakeda saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Nakeda uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Antonio.

Antonio looks to land a combination but Nakeda avoids it well.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Antonio. Nakeda shrugs it off though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Antonio has Nakeda pressed against the ropes, preventing Nakeda from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Nakeda takes the fight into the clinch.

Nakeda jumps into guard, dragging Antonio to the mat.
Nakeda pulls Antonio in close to prevent any damage.
Antonio throws a big right hand that misses.

Nakeda is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Antonio is aware though and is defending well.
Nakeda is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Nakeda has a closed guard, preventing Antonio from standing up.
Antonio works over Nakeda with some ground and pound from guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Antonio content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Antonio wants to get up but he can't break Nakeda's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Nakeda breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Antonio scoring well with a low kick there.
Antonio throws a leg kick that is checked
and Nakeda counters with a head kick. That will keep Antonio thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Antonio misses with a double jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hiruki Nakeda dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and Nakeda counters with an inside leg kick.

Oh Antonio is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nakeda uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Antonio.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Nakeda checks a leg kick.
Antonio seems to have got his legs back now.
Antonio blocks a head kick by Nakeda.
Nakeda wants to slow Antonio down by chopping away at his legs.
Antonio doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Nakeda counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Nakeda throws a push kick but Antonio slaps the foot to one side.
Jorge Antonio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horrible takedown by Antonio or perhaps it was just good defense by Nakeda which made him look bad.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
