Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aruki Masura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leifi Rallare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leifi Rallare will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Masura looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Masura slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Rallare tries to bench press Masura off him but Masura keeps the position.

Masura working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Rallare really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Masura. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Masura wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Rallare, who protects the arm well.
The ground and pound from Masura seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Masura fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rallare avoids it really well and circles away.

Rallare thuds his right hand into Masura's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Rallare avoids the head kick by Masura.

It looks like Aruki Masura has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A punch lands to the side of Masura 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Rallare comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Masura gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Masura displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rallare throws out the jab.

Rallare is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Masura had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Rallare lands a nice hook to Masura's body. Masura takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rallare, as that shot connected.
