Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lumpiot Hajalle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glenn Edwards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hajalle comes to the cage accompanied by uprising. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Edwards scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Edwards tries to stand but Hajalle controls the position and pulls Edwards into his guard.

Hajalle has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Edwards can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Hajalle is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Hajalle is working for a kimura but Edwards is defending it quite comfortably.

Hajalle tries to pass the half guard into mount. Edwards knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hajalle with the ground and pound but Edwards uses the opportunity to regain guard.

Hajalle postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Edwards is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hajalle, into his guard.
Hajalle is breathing heavily.
Edwards looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Edwards stands up from Hajalle's guard - Edwards perhaps looking for a knockout.

No joy there for Edwards, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Edwards counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Edwards cracks Hajalle with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hajalle looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Edwards finish him?

Hajalle is rocked!

It looks like Lumpiot Hajalle has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Edwards misses with a series of wild punches.

Edwards throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Edwards throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hajalle misses with a takedown attempt
and Edwards counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hajalle thinking.
Hajalle steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Edwards.

Edwards lands a left and a right that send Hajalle crashing to the mat, dazed. Edwards thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Hajalle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Edwards is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Hajalle flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Hajalle is out cold! Edwards holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
