Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Damien Darke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nath mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Darke comes to the cage accompanied by Running Up That Hill by Placibo. mac has chosen drop the world as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
mac turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A head kick from mac lands but Darke takes it in his stride.

It looks like Damien Darke has been cut.
Darke swats away the attempt to clinch by mac.
mac displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Darke throws out the jab.

mac tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
mac throws a head kick that Darke semi-blocks.
Darke misses with a looping right.
Darke takes a swing at mac's ribcage but misses.
Darke catches mac with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

mac drops Darke with a beautiful combination! Darke stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - mac is looking for the KO!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Darke sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Darke throws a leg kick
and mac counters with a left and a right... And another left! Darke is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
