Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Won Low (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nolan Baine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Baine's choice of entrance music: Bagpipes From Baghdad. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Won Low!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nolan Baine!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baine takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Nice sprawl there from Baine as Low shoots in.
Low fails with a takedown attempt.
Low throws a jab when Baine was well out of range.
Baine lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Low circles away quickly and effectively.
Low tries for a takedown but Baine sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Won Low. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Low throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Baine's waist but Baine gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Low off to one side.
Baine fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Low shoots in looking for a takedown. Baine tries to sprawl out of it but Low keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Baine manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Low takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Baine dives in and grabs Low's left leg, looking for a takedown. Low pushes down on Baine's head and hops out.
Baine misses with a few strikes there.
Baine throws a series of punches but Low moves out of range.

Low gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Baine to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Low scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Baine throws a wild body kick that Low sees coming a mile off.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Low slips a jab and a cross from Baine.
Baine lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Baine looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Baine connects with a good right hand that stumbles Low. Low circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Baine throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Low.

Low shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Baine napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Baine tries to bench press Low off him but Low keeps the position.
Low wants to stand but Baine has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.

Low is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Baine is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Baine has escaped and now he's on top!

Baine thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Low is on top in guard.
Baine tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Low wants to stand but Baine has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Low controls from within his opponent's guard.
Low trying to control but Baine is working from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Low postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Baine is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Low, into his guard.

Low is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Baine is aware though and is defending well.

Baine stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Low swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Won Low showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Baine has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
