Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jim Cowen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holt has chosen All Along the Watchtower - Bear McCreary as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Holt!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cowen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Holt paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Holt shoots in but no luck this time.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Cowen moves into the clinch.
Cowen is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Holt is defending well for now.
Holt is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Cowen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Holt misses with a punch on the inside.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Cowen obliges.

Cowen throws a knee to the head but misses.
Holt is trying to force a seperation but Cowen has the dominant position.
Holt has a couple of punches blocked by Cowen.

Holt wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cowen has him pressed against the cage.
Cowen throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Holt blocks it with crossed arms.

Holt is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Cowen connects with a nasty looking knee right to Holt's face.

Holt is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Holt works on Cowen's body with a couple of short punches.

Holt avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Cowen clinches up against the cage.
Cowen misses with a knee strike.

Cowen is breathing heavily.
Cowen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Holt has him pressed against the cage.
Cowen lands with a light punch inside.

Holt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Cowen drives through with a takedown into guard.

Holt has his feet on Cowen's thighs here. He's pushed Cowen off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Cowen screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
