Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Helio Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kanye West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes into the arena with 99 Problems blaring out of the sound system. West is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Jesus Walks. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie clobbers West with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Kanye West has been cut.
West misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gracie.
Gracie fakes high and swings low for a body shot but West manages to avoid it.
West lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
West takes a swing at Gracie's ribcage but misses.
Gracie blocks a leg kick.
Kanye West seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
West swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
West takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
West catches Gracie with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gracie misses with an uppercut.
West tries to clinch but Gracie moves out of range.
West misses the jab.
West throws a hook but Gracie blocks it.
A chopping leg kick lands by Gracie.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gracie drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Gracie looks to land a left hand but West moved out of range nicely.
West shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gracie but Gracie pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
West throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gracie looks to land a right hand but West moved out of range.

West keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
West looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
No joy there for Gracie, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gracie misses with a hook. West ducked under it nicely.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gracie lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and West has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from West and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

West misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Gracie makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
West looks gassed!
Gracie moves out of range of the strikes.
West ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Gracie lands a nice looking body shot.

Gracie scores with the left hand. West knows he should have avoided that one.
Gracie throws a jab when West was well out of range.

Gracie drops West with a beautiful combination! West stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gracie is looking for the KO!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gracie keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

That has opened up Kanye West's cut even more.
West takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Gracie connects with a nice looking jab.
Gracie throws a nice inside leg kick.
Gracie takes a swing at West's ribcage but misses.
A slapping leg kick lands for Gracie.
Gracie bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps West's head backwards.

The cut above Kanye West's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Gracie turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Gracie dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Helio Gracie is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gracie throws a quick inside leg kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Gracie lands with a shot to the body.
Gracie cracks West with a right hand to the side of the head.
Gracie darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Gracie feints and then cracks West's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow West down.
A jab lands there for Gracie.

Kanye West's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Gracie stuns West with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Gracie throws a sloppy head kick and West moves out of range easily.
Gracie misses with a wild body shot.
Gracie showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from West.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
West takes a body punch but keeps moving.
West ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Helio Gracie dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Kanye West's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

West throws a predictable looking body shot
and Gracie connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gracie is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Gracie lands with a nice combination. West backs away looking to recover.
West throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Gracie lands a jab to the head.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kanye West's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
