Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marco Vlay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kubik Jestrab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marco Vlay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jestrab leaves Vlay with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Vlay displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jestrab.

and Jestrab counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Vlay's guard now.

Vlay dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jestrab. That did some damage!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jestrab cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Vlay wants to hold on but Jestrab pushes him away.
Vlay is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

Jestrab sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Jestrab postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Vlay looks a forlorn figure.
Vlay wants to hold on but Jestrab pushes him away.
You get the feeling that Vlay really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Jestrab throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vlay is wriggling around trying to escape.
You get the feeling that Vlay really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Jestrab lands a big shot there that rocks Vlay but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Jestrab wants to free his trapped foot but Vlay is holding on for dear life with his legs.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jestrab accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Vlay is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Vlay has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Jestrab has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

I would just about give that final round to Kubik Jestrab.
