Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between danny tran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samuel Crosby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crosby has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

tran gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

tran is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Crosby can't fight it off and eventually tran manages to take the fight to the floor. Crosby looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
tran advances to half guard.

tran escapes and gets back to his feet.
Crosby looks gassed!

tran scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
tran keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
tran has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
tran tries to pass the half guard into mount. Crosby knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
tran content to control rather than advance.
tran working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

tran seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Crosby is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
