I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jack Morris was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson throws a head kick that misses.

Morris looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Morris trying to keep a closed guard but Wilson is proving a slippery customer.
Wilson thows a big elbow that misses.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Morris has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wilson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Morris should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Wilson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Morris swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Morris throws a head kick that half lands.


It looks like Bull Wilson has been cut.

A decent looking cross lands there for Morris.
Wilson takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Bull Wilson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Morris.
