Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Covalent Minibar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pal Secam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minibar looks for the body kick but Secam saw that one coming.
Minibar tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Minibar throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Secam changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Minibar tries to avoid it but Secam manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Minibar to the ground. Minibar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Secam tries to score a power double leg takedown but Minibar sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Secam somewhat.
Minibar misses with a head kick.
Minibar blocks a low kick nicely.
Secam shoots for a takedown but Minibar saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Covalent Minibar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pal Secam.

It looks like Pal Secam has been cut.
Covalent Minibar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Secam shoots for a takedown but Minibar saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Secam keeps the fight on the outside.
No joy there for Minibar, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Secam shoots for a double leg takedown but Minibar sprawls well. He's pushed Secam's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Minibar scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

A looping hook to the body misses from Minibar. Secam does a little dance to reset his feet.
Minibar lands with a hook. Secam tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
A combination from Minibar does no damage.
Secam shoots in but no luck this time.
Minibar lands a glancing blow to the side of Secam's head.
Minibar throws a sloppy head kick and Secam moves out of range easily.
Minibar throws a series of punches but Secam moves out of range.
Minibar wants to clinch.
Minibar lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Secam misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Minibar feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Secam's calf.

Secam shoots in but no luck this time.
Secam looks gassed!
Minibar fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

and Minibar counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Minibar tries a head kick but it misses.
Minibar tries to clinch but Secam is having none of it.
Minibar throws a combination. Secam tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Minibar wants to clinch.
Secam with a lazy takedown attempt
and Minibar counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Minibar darts in and clinches Secam up against the cage.

Minibar's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Minibar throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Secam.
Secam takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Minibar moves into range and clinches up with Secam.

Minibar pulls guard.

Secam drops back looking for a leg! Minibar is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Minibar manages to kick Secam off! Secam jumps back into Minibar's guard.

Minibar escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Secam gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Secam postures up.

Secam drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Secam jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Secam is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Minibar pulls Secam in close to his closed guard and prevents Secam from doing any damage or advancing position.

Minibar manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Minibar fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Secam blocks the body kick.
No joy there for Minibar, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Secam shoots in for a double leg but Minibar sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Minibar throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Minibar connects with a nice looking jab.
Secam shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Minibar pinned against the cage. Minibar gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Secam closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Minibar scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Minibar lands with a slapping head kick.
Secam fails with the takedown

so Minibar counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Secam is looking for a triangle but Minibar pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Minibar wants to control from the top but Secam keeps moving.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Minibar lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Minibar is looking to work some ground and pound but Secam has wrist control.

Secam is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Minibar rolls with it to try and escape but Secam cranks on the arm and Minibar is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
