Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Kaeo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaeo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: On Fire. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fox leaves Kaeo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Kaeo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fox defends it nicely.

Fox throws a right and a left that Kaeo avoids nicely.
Kaeo moves in looking to clinch but Fox pushes him off.
Kaeo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fox sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kaeo somewhat.
Sam Fox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Kaeo.
Kaeo tries for a takedown but Fox sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fox misses with an uppercut. Kaeo saw that one coming.
Kaeo shoots in looking for a takedown. Fox tries to sprawl out of it but Kaeo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fox manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kaeo tries to clinch but Fox moves out of range.
Fox throws a right and a left that Kaeo avoids nicely.
Fox throws a hook but Kaeo avoids it easily.
Fox cracks Kaeo with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Kaeo shoots in but Fox avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Sam Fox is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kaeo shoots in for a takedown but Fox shows good takedown defense.
Fox tests Kaeo's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Kaeo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Fox dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kaeo looks gassed!
Kaeo gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Fox lands a jab-cross combination.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kaeo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Fox is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Fox dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kaeo on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Fox throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Fox lands with a nice body punch.
Fox lands a right hook to the body.
Fox connects with a crisp jab.
Fox lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Kaeo walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Fox lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Fox throws out a powerful jab.

Fox cracks Kaeo with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Fox has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kaeo to stand back up!

Kaeo is rocked!
Fox lands with a big right hook that stumbles Kaeo - he's out on his feet here! Fox follows up with another monster hook that separates Kaeo from consciousness! Kaeo falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Fox stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
