Pan is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: "I Believe I Can Fly" by Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Springsteen throws a leg kick but Pan moved away.
Pan throws a nice outside leg kick.
Pan throws a push kick but Springsteen slaps the foot to one side.
Pan closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Springsteen drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Springsteen is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Springsteen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pan is keeping the position for now.
Springsteen is breathing heavily.
Springsteen stops Pan from standing up.

Springsteen postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Pan is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Springsteen, into his guard.

Pan stands up and waves to Springsteen to follow him.

Pan swinging wilding here.

Pan instigates a clinch.
Pan tries to score a body lock takedown but Springsteen shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Springsteen wants to break the clinch but can't.
Pan goes for a takedown in the clinch but Springsteen prevents it.

Pan manages to break the clinch.
Pan's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Pan duly obliges.
Pan moves in looking to clinch but Springsteen pushes him off.
Pan throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Springsteen.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pan goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Springsteen is rocked!
Springsteen shoots in but Pan avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Oh Springsteen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Pan moves into range and clinches up with Springsteen.
Pan drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bruce Springsteen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Patrick Pan.
Springsteen misses with a knee strike.

Pan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pan Rushes Springsteen and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Springsteen is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Pan Piles on the pressure and Springsteen crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
