Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dick Hickman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alain Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clark is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Empire State. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hickman moves in looking to clinch but Clark pushes him off.

Clark has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Hickman is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Clark.

That was a close round but Dick Hickman did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.
