Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dean Joskovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zanos Pogrieshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joskovic comes into the arena with Iron Man blaring out of the sound system. Pogrieshi is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Nile - the Infinity Of Stone. Zanos Pogrieshi will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dean Joskovic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zanos Pogrieshi!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Damien Edna and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joskovic shoots in looking for a takedown. Pogrieshi tries to sprawl out of it but Joskovic keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pogrieshi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pogrieshi clinches.
Joskovic tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pogrieshi just stands there and leans against the cage.
Pogrieshi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Joskovic misses with a takedown attempt - Pogrieshi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dean Joskovic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pogrieshi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Pogrieshi tries to clinch there but Joskovic circles away.
Joskovic closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pogrieshi circles away.
Joskovic moves out of range as Pogrieshi throws a body kick.
Pogrieshi lands a left and a right that send Joskovic crashing to the mat, dazed. Pogrieshi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Joskovic is rocked!
It looks like Dean Joskovic has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Crack! A monster head kick from Pogrieshi and Joskovic falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Pogrieshi!
