Kawaguchi closes the distance and clinches.

Blazy Mari drops back looking for a leg! Kawaguchi is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kawaguchi manages to kick Blazy Mari off! Blazy Mari jumps back into Kawaguchi's guard.

Blazy Mari is working to tighten is grip on Kawaguchi's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Kawaguchi has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Blazy Mari is really squeezing tight and eventually Kawaguchi passes out! Blazy Mari breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
