Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Willis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nogueira has chosen Artigo 157 as his entrance music. The key to victory for Patrick Willis has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira shoots for a takedown but Willis saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Willis throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Willis throws a head kick that looked like it stung.


It looks like Antonio Nogueira has been cut.
Patrick Willis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nogueira stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Willis.

Nogueira postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Willis is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Nogueira, into his guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Nogueira is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Willis is defending well though. Nogueira let's go of the attempt for now.
