Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dat Sik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marko Sidorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sidorov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sik paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Sik throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sidorov.
Sik looks to land a right hand but Sidorov moved out of range.
Sidorov has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sidorov there as he acknowledges the shot.
Sik lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

A looping hook to the body misses from Sidorov. Sik does a little dance to reset his feet.

Sik will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Sidorov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sik paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Sidorov throws a looping overhand right but Sik ducks down to avoid it.
Sidorov misses with a leg kick.
Sik takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Sidorov lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Oh Sik is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sik throws a lazy right hand but Sidorov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sik seems to have got his legs back now.
Sik sizes up Sidorov with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Dat Sik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sidorov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Sik scores with a takedown into Sidorov's guard.
Sik throws and elbow that misses. Sidorov uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Sik's guard. Nice move by Sidorov!

Sik is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Sik has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sidorov is standing up over Sik. Sik looks to escape but Sidorov dives into side control.
Sik is looking to regain half guard here but Sidorov keeps moving and retains side control.

Sidorov stands up and beckons Sik to his feet.
Sik avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Sidorov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Sik keeps the fight on the outside.

Sidorov lands a big uppercut and Sik crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Sik looks OK. Sidorov waves Sik back to his feet!

Sik tries to circle away but Sidorov has him pinned against the cage.

Sidorov creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
A right hook to the body lands for Sidorov.

Sidorov lands a right hand that snaps the head of Sik backwards.
Sidorov unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Sik! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Sidorov is unloading with more strikes now! Sik drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
