Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bo Cortell!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cortell wants to hit a switch here but Bailey passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Cortell there!
Bailey avoids the attempt from Cortell to control.
Cortell is looking to improve his position but Bailey isn't that keen on the idea.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cortell holds on for dear life.

Cortell should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Despite being in the dominant position, Bo Cortell just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Cortell is looking to clinch but Bailey is avoiding it.
Cortell shoots in and drives through. Bailey sprawls well.
Cortell is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Milo Bailey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bailey really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bailey is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Cortell is keeping busy.

Cortell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Cortell shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

The referee warns Bailey that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Cortell has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bailey's face.

Bailey wants to control but Cortell is having none of it.

Cortell is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bailey defends well.
Bailey looking to sit in guard and control but Cortell gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Cortell is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Cortell postures up and lands a big shot to Bailey's brow.
Cortell is looking to work some ground and pound but Bailey has wrist control.
Cortell content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Cortell controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Cortell pushes down on Bailey's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Cortell misses with a double jab.

Cortell drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Bailey looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Cortell puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Cortell moves nicely into side control.
Cortell wants to control but Bailey is keeping him busy.
Cortell controls the position.

Cortell in side control lands a decent elbow.

Cortell has hold of Bailey's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bailey seems comfortable defending it but Cortell has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bailey is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bailey is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Cortell couldn't care less - he's delighted!
