The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Afolabi is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Afolabi keeping moving, preventing Johnson from controlling successfully.

Afolabi is looking for a triangle but Johnson pushes his legs off easily.

Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Afolabi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Johnson is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Afolabi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Johnson.
Johnson misses with a takedown attempt - Afolabi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Johnson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Afolabi sprawls well. Afolabi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet.

Afolabi lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Afolabi drops Johnson with a straight right hand, right on the button! Afolabi follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
