Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gerry Vaughn!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Chad Campbell and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Vaughn is defended easily by Schulz.
Vaughn fails to land with a series of punches.
Schulz is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Vaughn.
Vaughn walks into a stiff left hand from Schulz.
Schulz connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Vaughn's hands.
Vaughn throws a series of punches but Schulz moves out of range.

Schulz shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Schulz wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Vaughn, who protects the arm well.
