Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Angel Pierce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Spart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pierce comes to the cage accompanied by Billy Talent - Devil On My Shoulder. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Angel Pierce!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Spart!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spart looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A left and a right from Pierce both land. Nice combination.
Spart closes the distance and clinches up with Pierce, looking for a takedown. Spart pushes Pierce against the cage but Pierce circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pierce bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Pierce tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Pierce throws a strike aimed at the side of Spart's head but Spart avoids it well.
Pierce prevents Spart from escaping the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pierce trying to control the position but Spart is working away.
Spart wants to get back to his feet.
Pierce really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pierce swings around for an armbar but Spart sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Pierce's guard.
Spart with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Spart postures up.
Pierce has momentary wrist control but Spart slips an elbow through the middle.
Spart throws a strike but Pierce rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Pierce stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Spart swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Pierce is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Spart is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Spart has escaped and now he's on top!
Spart missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Spart postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Spart throws and elbow that misses. Pierce uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Spart's guard. Nice move by Pierce!
Pierce has gone for a leg lock! Spart slips out almost immediately though and dives into Pierce's guard.
Pierce preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Spart stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Pierce throws up his legs and catches Spart in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Spart tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Pierce! That came out of nowhere!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Angel Pierce!
