Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommi Dick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Plavsic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Plavsic has chosen spit it out as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dick throws a series of punches but Plavsic avoids them all with ease.

Plavsic has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dick is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Plavsic turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Plavsic manages to end up in side control.
Dick really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Dick pushes Plavsic off looking to stand but Plavsic dives back in and keeps control.

Plavsic has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Dick wants to control but Plavsic is having none of it.

Plavsic stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.

and Plavsic counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dick won't be happy with that.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Plavsic stands up and beckons Dick to his feet.
Dick throws a right and a left that Plavsic avoids nicely.

Plavsic closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Dick swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Plavsic shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Plavsic was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The referee warns Dick that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Dick is in a horrible position here. Plavsic smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Plavsic has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Dick's face.

Plavsic throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Dick has his hands clasped together but Plavsic breaks the hold and Dick is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Plavsic!
