Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sven Jakovina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Enduro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Enduro is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Embrace Of The Endless Ocean. Victor Enduro will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sven Jakovina!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Victor Enduro!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jakovina shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Jakovina looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jakovina accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Jakovina drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jakovina jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Enduro really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jakovina. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jakovina controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Jakovina trying to control but Enduro is working from the bottom.
Enduro can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jakovina controls the pace.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jakovina's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Enduro is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Jakovina is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jakovina accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Jakovina is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Sven Jakovina just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Jakovina shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Enduro as he jumps to the side.
Enduro shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Jakovina counters with a nice double leg into side control. Enduro won't be happy with that.
Jakovina staying calm.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Enduro managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Jakovina.
Jakovina misses with the ground and pound.
A lull in the action here as Jakovina stalls from top position.

Jakovina swings around for an armbar but Enduro sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Jakovina's guard.
Enduro is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Jakovina has his hands on Enduro's head, controlling the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Enduro would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Jakovina kicks Enduro off and gets to his feet.
Victor Enduro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Enduro misses with a takedown attempt

and Jakovina counters with a shoot takedown. Enduro fights it but they end up in guard.
Jakovina looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Jakovina is breathing heavily.
Jakovina trying to control the position from guard on top but Enduro is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Enduro wants to sweep but no luck.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sven Jakovina dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Jakovina closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Enduro is trying to escape the position but Jakovina is controlling the position.

Jakovina working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Jakovina in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Enduro is tapping! That's the end of the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Sven Jakovina!
