Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lennon McCartney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerald Young I (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCartney comes to the cage accompanied by British Marching Tune - The British Grenadiers. Lennon McCartney could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Gerald Young I's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Gerald Young I!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young I tries to clinch up but McCartney circles away and keeps his distance.
McCartney throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Young I misses with a body kick.
McCartney gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
McCartney keeping moving, preventing Young I from controlling successfully.
Young I loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Young I trying to control the position from guard on top but McCartney is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Young I gets to his feet - McCartney follows without any prompting.
Young I throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. McCartney was covering up waiting for the punch and Young I finishes the takedown easily into guard.
McCartney thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McCartney is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Young I is aware though and is defending well.
Young I gets to his feet. McCartney looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Young I drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Young I trying to control the position from guard on top but McCartney is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McCartney wants to get back to his feet but Young I is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
McCartney will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Young I trying to control but McCartney is working from the bottom.
Young I stands and steps away. McCartney gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
McCartney with a lazy takedown attempt
and Young I counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for McCartney!
McCartney is breathing heavily.
McCartney squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

Young I with a couple of short strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Young I looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Young I putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Young I takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Young I can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as McCartney is looking to escape.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Young I cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Young I with a couple of short strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
McCartney takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
McCartney working to try and regain half guard.
Young I really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McCartney. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Young I controlling the pace for now.
Young I cracks McCartney with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Young I putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Young I landing strikes from the mount and McCartney is in trouble!
Young I has control of McCartney's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and McCartney regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Young I working away from the top, dropping strikes.

Young I postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. McCartney looks a forlorn figure.

Young I avoids the attempt from McCartney to control.

McCartney takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Young I's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
