Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jakob Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piotr Rasputin Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler comes to the cage accompanied by Throw the Heat - Mortician. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Piotr Rasputin Rasputin enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasputin changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Tyler showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rasputin.
Tyler tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rasputin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tyler somewhat.
A swing and a miss from Tyler.
Tyler shoots in and drives through. Rasputin sprawls well.

Rasputin is nestled in close to Tyler, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Tyler is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Rasputin seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Rasputin seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Tyler does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Tyler is looking to control Rasputin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tyler avoid being mounted?
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Rasputin drops an elbow to the side of Tyler's head.
Tyler is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rasputin's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rasputin's back!
Rasputin covers up after that shot from Tyler.
Tyler gets his hands free as Rasputin looks to control.
Rasputin manages to escape to a better position under a series of strikes. Tyler is now in side control.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Rasputin is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Rasputin cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
