Sapp has chosen bab sapp sucks after 10 seconds! as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for Daniel LaRusso has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sapp keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
LaRusso throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Sapp closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Sapp trying to control the pace.
LaRusso is trying to get back to full guard.

LaRusso wants to get back to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sapp wants to pass the guard but LaRusso is defending well.

Sapp stalling.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OneRound Sapp dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

LaRusso digs a good body shot into Sapp's ribs.
A left lands for LaRusso.
LaRusso misses with a hook.
LaRusso's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and LaRusso duly obliges.

It looks like OneRound Sapp has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
LaRusso lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
LaRusso connects with a nice cross there... Sapp is looking wobbly and LaRusso recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Sapp to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - LaRusso jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
