The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alpaca tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Salas paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Salas wants to clinch up but Alpaca keeps it at a distance.
Salas throws a nice inside leg kick.

so Alpaca counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Alpaca throws and elbow that misses. Salas uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Alpaca's guard. Nice move by Salas!
Alpaca has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Alpaca looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Salas is defending well. Alpaca quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Salas has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Alpaca celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
