PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dean Winchester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aubrey Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Winchester comes to the cage accompanied by Dean Winchester Lip Sings Eye Of The Tiger. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Martin leaves Winchester with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Martin is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Winchester's half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Martin connects with a nice short shot to Winchester's temple.

Aubrey Martin dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Martin closes the distance and clinches.
Martin is pushing Winchester up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Martin drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Winchester gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Well Martin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
