PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between PierreLuc Beaulieu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Kingston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Beaulieu might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Disturbed, Indestructible. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

A head kick misses from Beaulieu.

Beaulieu lands a big head kick that sends Kingston tumbling to the mat! Beaulieu takes a step backwards and waves Kingston back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Kingston is rocked!

It looks like Jamie Kingston has been cut.
Beaulieu throws a head kick that misses.

Kingston shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Beaulieu's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Beaulieu seems keen to control Kingston's posture.
Beaulieu is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Beaulieu looking for a sweep. Not yet Beaulieu, not yet.

Beaulieu has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kingston should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Beaulieu has tightened it up now! Kingston should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
