And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Shimada and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Queiroz tries to clinch up but Leopold circles away and keeps his distance.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Leopold listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.

Queiroz forces Leopold back against the cage and clinches.
Queiroz lands an elbow inside.
Nice body punch from Leopold - that landed with a thud.
Queiroz throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Leopold blocks it with crossed arms.
Queiroz is trying to break free.

Queiroz's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Queiroz looks gassed!
Leopold works the jab nicely.

Leopold ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Queiroz tries to clinch up.
The fighters circle momentarily. Leopold darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Queiroz moves forwards but Leopold connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Leopold jabs at Queiroz's body.
Queiroz looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Leopold keeps the fight on the outside.

Leopold drops Queiroz with a beautiful combination! Queiroz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Leopold is looking for the KO!

Queiroz is rocked!

It looks like Renan Queiroz has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Leopold.
Queiroz is still on wobbly legs! Can Leopold finish him?
Leopold digs a good body shot into Queiroz's ribs.
Leopold scores with a punch to the head.
Leopold lands with an overhand left.

Leopold feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Queiroz sprawling to the canvas! Queiroz rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Leopold finish him?!
Leopold fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Queiroz looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Leopold scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Queiroz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Leopold to score with a decent uppercut.
Leopold connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Queiroz! He's out on his feet! Leopold rushes in and drops Queiroz with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
