PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Osman Ralf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rudi Voller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ralf comes to the cage accompanied by Frontlines. Voller has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ralf tries to close the distance and clinch up but Voller swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Ralf throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Voller's waist but Voller gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ralf off to one side.
Voller fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ralf avoids it really well and circles away.

Ralf wriggles free and stands up.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Voller postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Ralf to stand up.

and Voller decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ralf's guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Ralf controls Voller momentarily but Voller frees himself.

Ralf is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Voller wants to control from the top but Ralf keeps moving.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Voller shoots in for a double leg but Ralf sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Ralf throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ralf doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Voller counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Ralf!

Voller controlling the pace for now.
Ralf is desperately trying to improve his position but Voller has a good base and remains in mount.
Ralf is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

Voller has hold of Ralf's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Ralf manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Voller is working for a guillotine from mount but Ralf frees his head quite easily.

Voller has isolated one of Ralf's arms. Ralf looking to fight him off but Voller twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
