Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Harry Balls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shang Tsung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tsung comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mortal Kombat Theme Remix kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Shang Tsung has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balls moves out of range of the leg kick from Tsung.
Tsung looks to land a right hand but Balls moved out of range.
Tsung throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Balls's waist but Balls gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tsung off to one side.

Balls drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Tsung pulls Balls in close to his closed guard and prevents Balls from doing any damage or advancing position.
Balls throws and elbow that misses. Tsung uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Balls's guard. Nice move by Tsung!
Balls looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Tsung puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Tsung prevents Balls from improving his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Balls moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Tsung is pushing down on Balls's leg trying to pass to half guard. Balls is fighting to maintain full guard but Tsung has managed to sneak the leg through.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Tsung tries to buck Balls off but Balls is having none of it.
Tsung is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Balls's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Tsung is trying to maintain the position but Balls is very close to passing his half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Tsung wants to clinch.
Tsung lands with a right hand.
Tsung throws an overhand right that lands on Balls's shoulder, as Balls tries to avoid the shot.
Balls keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tsung.
Tsung will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tsung wants to slow Balls down by chopping away at his legs.

Balls avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Balls turns into Tsung and is now in his guard.
Balls won't allow Tsung to sweep him here.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Tsung looks to score with a jab to the body but Balls is just out of range.

Balls connects with a crisp jab.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Balls shoots and misses
and Tsung makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Tsung digs a good hook to Balls's body.
Balls shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tsung as he jumps to the side.
Nice body kick there by Tsung.
Balls avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tsung lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Tsung looks to score with a jab to the body but Balls is just out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Shang Tsung showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

An inside leg kick from Tsung misses.
Tsung on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Tsung throws a leg kick but Balls moved away.
Balls ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tsung moves away.

You can see the frustration on Tsung's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Balls creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Tsung sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Tsung is looking to reverse the position.
Tsung sneaks back into half guard.
Balls thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tsung's head.

Tsung has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Balls is working away from the top position though.
Balls not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Tsung is trying to maintain the position but Balls is very close to passing his half guard.
