Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ran Sakamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Born To Win. Sakamoto has chosen Wu tang tiger style as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sakamoto pinned against the cage. Sakamoto gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sakamoto shoots and misses

so Gracie counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Gracie loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Gracie trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Sakamoto is looking to sinch up a triangle. Gracie throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Sakamoto's body to avoid the submission. Sakamoto has instead reached around Gracie's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Sakamoto arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
