The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vega shoots in and drives through. Hamil sprawls well.

Vega tries to clinch but Hamil is having none of it.
Vega bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hamil goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Hamil ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Vincent Hamil seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vega is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hamil.

A punch lands to the side of Hamil 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Vega sends Hamil crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Vega is motioning to the referee to let Hamil up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Vega lands a hook that stumbles Hamil back into the cage. Vega follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Hamil to the canvas! Vega pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Hamil has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
