Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between PacMan Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taras Stanislav (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taras Stanislav told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stanislav is fending him off so far but Jones persists. Nope, Stanislav circles away and we're back to standing.
Stanislav leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Stanislav has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Stanislav scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stanislav moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Stanislav must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
