The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Samuelsson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Stallone was covering up waiting for the punch and Samuelsson finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Samuelsson lands a couple of digs.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Stallone misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Stallone looks for the body kick but Samuelsson saw that one coming.

Stallone is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Samuelsson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stallone circles away quickly and effectively.

Stallone uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Samuelsson.

Samuelsson turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Samuelsson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Samuelsson scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Stallone to see if he's OK.

Stallone really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Samuelsson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
