The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenji cracks Mexes with a right hand to the side of the head.

Kenji escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Mexes is looking to clinch but Kenji is avoiding it.
Mexes has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Philippe Mexes has been cut.
Kenji jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Kenji throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Kenji bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Mexes's head.
Mexes is rocked!
Kenji lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Mexes is looking to close the distance but Kenji sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Mexes crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Mexes is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
