Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zymeth Cloud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cloud fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Cloud shoots for a takedown but Dempsey saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Dempsey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cloud paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dempsey looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dempsey could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Cloud has a takedown stuffed.

Cloud lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Dempsey is bucking up trying to escape but Cloud cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Dempsey has his foot on Cloud's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cloud works his way back into a safe position though.
