Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Smith Wesson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kai Deliz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wesson comes to the cage accompanied by Cryin like a Bitch. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Deliz is trying to trip Wesson. He has hold of a leg but Wesson is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Deliz persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Deliz turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Deliz manages to end up in side control.

Wesson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Deliz defends it easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Wesson is looking to get back to full guard here but Deliz has managed to pass to side control instead.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Deliz wants to control the pace but Wesson is squirming around nicely.
Deliz is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Wesson lands a head kick. Deliz smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
